    BMO - accepting DocuSign, i-Geny Pro and Adobe for Insurance and Investments (Segregated funds).

    Please note that for Ownership and Beneficiary changes, we require a wet signature as well as the original of the document.

    Please see below our parameters for paper contracts and personal docusign accounts.

    The difference with the attached document is that we have added DI – Income replacement: up to $5000 /mo. and DI – Expense Comp/Buy Sell – up to $1 million total annual.

    These guidelines have been in place all the time, we are no longer making exception. Going forward we are only accepting the below:

    Docusign is the ONLY approved eSignature vendor.

     

    For Delivery documents - Personal docusign criteria to use:

    o   Product – Term, CI and Synergy, DI

    o   Forms – only delivery requirements for NB and PC

    o   Ages – 18 – 60

    o   Amounts:

    §  Up to $1 million Life/Synergy;

    §  $100,000 CI;

    §  DI – Income replacement: up to $5000 /mo.

    §  DI – Expense Comp/Buy Sell – up to $1 million total annual

    o   Ownership: Individually owned only

    o   Approved email: TLS encrypted email only

    o   Notes – a note must accompany delivery requirements explaining why this signature method was used and how the client received the contract as well as a copy of the full docusign envelope showing IP Address.

    -          Can use a personal Docusign account to collect signatures on other forms including Product pages, illustrations etc.  Must include a copy of the Envelope

     

    We can accept all other Insurance documents via docusign with an envelope (ie. LIRD, Illustration etc)
